  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional for extra creaminess)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tsp blue spirulina powder

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

  • 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
